Milk & Honey
Bei Shan is a remote mountain, hidden to most. We are investing in the area in a big way! Untouched for 30 years it is the type of organic farming that we love to support. Cousin Chen is almost as old as the tea plants his father planted more than 40 years ago. It took some convincing but he has taken the reigns and is committed to the long term health and sustainability of little hidden treasure.
Bei Shan is situated in the heart of Taiwan. Remote and pristine there are only two tea farms resting on its summit. Both of which are owned by the same family committed to natural ideals.
